The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional, from the beautiful room on the 6th floor to the amazing breakfast spread that catered to all dietary needs. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Madrid, with easy access to museums and public transportation. the welcoming bar was a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, offering a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a coffee or a drink. Despite some construction work happening during my time there, the hotel graciously upgraded my room and provided complimentary breakfast as a gesture of their excellent service. I was truly impressed by their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. I can't wait to return to Catalonia Atocha for another memorable stay in the heart of Madrid.
